His Triggers (usually ends with him getting violent on someone) - Violence towards innocence. - Anyone trying to use him to their means. - Violence to women/mothers. - People pestering him. Sadly these don't seem that massive but despite his cool demeanor Vergil can have a hair trigger temper. and when he goes off, he goes off heavy. Ideals to help * Be understanding of his pride, he has a lot to be proud of after all. Not everyone can say they are the son of the man who saved their world. Everyone in his world knows Sparda's name, well the types Vergil and Dante are around anyway. * Make him look at how he has pushed his humanity aside and his parents would never have approved of that. Dante and Vergil were products of a loving marriage, a demon who loved a woman enough to cast aside his evil ways and betray his partner Mundas just to be with her. He locked himself and the demons away to protect her and his family. He and her raised their boys to be compassionate and open minded. Losing both of them Vergil shoved everything away and hardened his heart to the world. He needs to see he can't, in his own words; You protect anyone let alone yourself' Like this. What use is power if he is alone? * Put him around innocent people without much power to draw out his need to be honorable. * Make the man be social, he would do better with a few talks. He is half human, and humans need other people after all. * Mostly remember he is an introvert. Too much pushing and he is likely to slice someone in half. He has 1000 years of stubbornness to work through. And he may not be inclined to budge. Major Issues * That it is NOT his fault his mother was killed; he seems to think if he had been stronger he could have saved her. But he was not even home. And just a child when it happened. * That killing people's friends is not the way to make them 'see the light' (This is something he did in the first novel. He killed Dante's friend Nell Goldstein, the maker of Ebony and Ivory for no real reason other then to try and awaken his brother. WIthout telling Dante he WAS his brother.) * Mundus; HE HAS to face what happened to him. he does not often speak of his time under Mundas' control before his death, but at least ten years trapped inside a suit of armor that gives you power but takes your free will is enough to drive anyone mad. * That the past does not ALWAYS repeat, he abandoned his child in an orphanage for fear of him growing up living like himself.
